Do you miss the Overture Inventory Tool? This Is Better!

As you are no doubt aware the Oveture Inventory Tool is dead. It’s been dead for a little while now. Will it come back? Who really knows? Not I. Yahoo is maintaining the link on the search marketing resource center page, but the inventory subdomain at overture does not resolve, so it’s anybody’s guess.

Most Niche Marketers use this keyword research tool extensively and a few have been pretty lost without it.

Well, the cool thing is that there is no reason for you to wait around to see what happens with this little drama any more. Just delete your overture inventory bookmark and put the new free wordtracker keyword tool in it’s place. With 100 related keywords per query, clickable refinement links and a smoother, faster interface, it’s sure to be a big hit.

And the bonus is that the results (which are daily esimates) are arguably more reliable than anything the overture tool ever offered.

Also, if you have a browser that supports it, there is an open browser .xml widget to add the search tool to your browser toolbar selecter, though when i tried it with my firefox browser it was broken. Hopefully they will fix this soon and a bookmark won’t even be needed.

NOTE: Another great idea is to check out Find Hot Markets, which puts a massive array of niche market and keyword research tools at your digital fingertips. I absolutely love this resource and if you are a niche marketer, you will wonder how you managed to stay organized without it!
